This person would be a Senior *Archer Certified* consultant with minimum 2-3 years experience. The hiring manager is also looking for Microsoft MSCE certification as a secondary requirement. We *may* want to entertain the notion of a try-buy situation for this engagement. *Archer requirements:* Archer Technologies provide Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance Solutions solution (http://www.archer.com/) At DTCC we utilize web portal of Archer Technologies running version 3.5.3. We have developed over 100 home grown applications on our Archer solution. Some of them are trivial and some of them are extremely complex. We are looking for two items: 1) Operationally manage Archer application on 4 servers. 2 Prod., 1 D.R. and 1 Development. That includes bug fixes, software upgrade, maintenance, data feed manager support, Archer vendor relationship etc. (This does not include operating system management.
