Ensuring that proposed technology encompass the end-to-end process which helps business leaders see the value of their functional contributions to the broader performance objectives for an enterprise process. -- Promoting the technological enablement of Business Process Management (BPM). -- Understanding the business implication of process-centric IT in striving to achieve process excellence Hands-on experience with WebSphere Integration Developer and WebSphere Process Server (Implementing Process server in other large companies) Must have developed/architected WebServices and deep knowledge on WebService standards, such as WSDL, SOAP, JSR-WS Demonstrating a deep understanding of process architectures, SOA concepts Experience in re-engineering existing IT applications into Integration/ SOA services. Full development lifecycle experience from architecture through deployment.
