Description:


Perform AD permission/share requests , if help desk needs assistance


Address RSA requests/issues, if help desk can’t resolve


Build virtual/physical servers per request


Manage/support virtual servers


Grant local server access


Maintain NA master server inventory


Maintain all NA hardware/software contracts


Assist in Citrix permission requests if Weller not around


Grant/provide RDP and Netop access when requested on various servers


Address/Resolve RDP issues developers have, if help desk can’t resolve


Install Microsoft add-ons to servers (IIS), per request


Download/distribute Microsoft software when requested from official site


Admin/Monitor/Manager BL460 enclosure


Admin/Monitor/Manager DMZ Storage


Address/assist in BL20/30 questions


 monitor/manage tape backups for both locations.


Format tapes/recycle tapes to ensure enough tapes to have successful back.
Drive to co-lo and insert tapes if necessary


Fill out survey’s for both locations, stating results of backup. Audit
requirement


Fill out Iron Mountain forms to have tapes taken off site


Address/Perform restores when requested (Soler has requested one)


Setup/configure “special backups” to run per request



·         Address outstanding PO’s Jessica brings



·         Monitor SAN. Ensure no errors,ect



·         Monitor/Manage VMware. Ensure no errors, ect



·         Attend/Lead Vmware meetings



·         Reply to VMware requests that Bill forwards.



·         Work on GWI ticket assigned to be regarding WebFocus and BO,
Vertex



·         Address/Assist in “last minute” requests/fires



·         Provide assistance/support/guidance to help desk when needed
