1. An Associate’s degree
2. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience developing web sites
using one or
more of the following tools and techniques:
▪ Developing user interaction models and user flow diagrams
· Site navigation maps
· User Accessibility and 508 compliance
· State vs stateless applications
· HTML, DHTML, CSS, XSL
· XML
· UML
· Microsoft tools
· Visual Studio .Net (or latest version)
· Visual Basic 6.0
· ASP.Net or ASP
· IIS Version 6.0
· FrontPage
· Java tools
· JSP
· Servlets
· Java Script
· HIS
3 . Must have an understanding of database concepts and SQL commands
4. Ten (10) or more years experience architecting, designing,
authoring, and
implementing a large complex VB, ASP/COM and object oriented, .NET
N-Tier
applications. Experience with VM environment Preferred.
5. Ten (10) or more years experience writing stored procedures and
demonstrated
experience design, development and test, large complex enterprise
applications
using SQL Server and/or Oracle database(s).
6. Ten (10) or more years developing while working as the
Technical Lead for the
team responsible for developing complex large scale N-Tier web
applications
using the following: VB, ASP, VB.NET, Visual SourceSafe, ASP.NET,
.COM, Web
Services, XML, ASP, COGNOS Report.NET, and HP Quick Test
Professional.
7. Experience on New York State Rate Setting System Preferred.
