The candidate will be required to document all work for future reference. The candidate will be required to create user/training guides for the end user. Skill level(s) required: The ideal candidate will have five years experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have five years expertise in leading a team of programmers and ensuring that the goals are met in a timely manner. Candidate will have at least two years experience in migrating a system from Oracle 9i to 10g. Candidate will have at least three years experience in deploying an application in several stages. The candidate should have three years experience development, deployment and management of systems using the client 3 tier architecture. The ideal candidate will be required to test and deploy the system using the client Portal system. This individual should be able to quickly gain and understand the Program's current operating practices and convey the objectives of the required tasks to other team members.).
