This includes execution of related SOX testing and completion of associated documentation. Must also help facilitate the clearing of review comments by the Internal Controls Organization. · Manage and execute SOX 404 testing for Valuation and Risk Management controls. · Complete audit work papers and supporting documentation. · Facilitate review and associated updates with Internal Controls Q&A. · Detail oriented, problem solver, self sufficient and strong communicator. · Job requires prior auditing or testing experience.
