Direct Client: SAP Infrastructure Architect Location: Dallas TX Duration: 3-6 month RAte : $75.00hr I have this 3-6 month contract position and seeking an immediate SAP Architect level resource, they can start in 2-3 days after passing phone screen. Client is looking for an infrastructure guru (not a Basis person) - we need to be able to talk memory sizing, numbers of blades in servers, etc. Financial and operational modeling is also a key requirement. The primary focus is data center operations and application architecture, not Basis. A big part of the work is HP-specific hardware knowledge, ranging from Wintel platforms through Superdomes. We need somebody who can talk multiple configurations, including blade capacity, numbers of servers in which required configurations for various components of the SAP systems, etc. This person needs to understand how SAP functions differently on the various hardware architectures – like what size/configuration of which specific model of server is needed to support the Java stack based on metrics from the environment Work location is Dallas.
