Our development philosophy is to assemble small agile teams of about 5-7 people, consisting of individuals with strong skill sets and a team player attitude. Developers, testers, technical writers, and others work hand in hand and code reviews, unit testing, performance testing, continuous integration etc. are part of our iterative and incremental deliveries. Your primary responsibility on the team will be to establish an automated test environment for UI and non-UI test cases. Your job will require you to daily and tightly collaborate with the developers on the team, determining the appropriate level of testing and how to potentially automate those test cases as well as how to keep them reasonably extendable for future feature changes. Last but not least, you will be responsible to design, document, manage, and execute appropriate test cases, sets, and suites as new functionality is being developed. An ideal candidate would be experienced in black and white box testing, a strong communicator with good analytical skill, an excellent team player, and bring experience with agile software development. *Essential Functions / Responsibilities:* - Establish an automated test environment for UI and non-UI testing - Review test cases and automate whenever possible - Educate team members on test automation and drive adoption - Integrate automated test cases into nightly build system - Design, document, manage and execute test cases, sets, and suites - Work in cross-functional project teams that include Development, Marketing, Usability, Software Quality Assurance, Customer Learning, and Support. - Understand and follow IT quality system procedures applicable to the job. *Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 7+ years of software testing experience - 5+ years of test automation, including scripting - 3+ years of leadership experience in software testing - Extensive experience with UI Test Automation tools such as WinRunner - Experience with Agile Test Management and Defect Tracking tools, e.g. RALLY - Experience with Client Server systems and Windows Operating Systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated initiative and analytical thinking style. - Proven track record of being a strong team player. - A positive and result-focused "can-do" attitude. *Desired* - Experience with SCRUM and RALLY - Experience with FDA regulatory and ISO standard procedures - Experience with HL7 - Experience with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel. - Experience with Test Driven Development -- Thanks and Regards Sekhar Anblicks 3001, LBJ Frwy, Suite -234, Dallas, TX -75234 Phone: 972-241-6700 x 3100 EFax: 972-692-6957 E-mail: [email protected] URL: www.anblicks.com Note: We respect your online privacy.
