Need heavy AD 2003 experience and AD2008. Heavy scripting with Visual Basic and/or Power Shell, Exchange 2003/2007. Very good understanding of networking concepts, routing, Dns (Microsoft and Bind/Unix differences interoperability in a Microsoft desktop environment), DHCP, Wins etc...
