In person interviews include a whiteboard evaluation of those skills. Looks like they need a Build engineer that has either worked with Cruise Control (which is an open source CM build tool) or Build Forge (which is a Rational/IBM build tool). *Skills:* ** HEAVY scripting experience in Unix, Perl, Korn, and Ant ClearCase: 4 - 6 Years Perl: 2 - 4 Years UNIX; 2 - 4 Years Unix Shell Scripting: 2 - 4 Years Sun Solaris: 2 - 4 Years Cruise Control OR Build Forge: 2 - 4 Years (Could be less experience if very HEAVY in scripting) Experience as Build Manager, preferably on Java products: 2 - 4 Years Ant: 2 - 4 Years ClearCase/ UCM / ClearQuest: 2 - 4 Years Do NOT send a ClearCase Administrator. A Unix Administrator would work as long as they do not mind not having admin rights and are heavy in scripting. *Duties:* ** Analyze, design, write program code, test, document, and implement functionally appropriately, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems in accordance with Customer requirements, and organizational methodologies and standards.
