Industry: Financial (Preferred) Level: at least 6 years experience required Job Description: The Database Designer/Modeler will have primary responsibility for gathering data requirements from both STS and business personnel and for creating logical and physical database designs. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: * Facilitate data requirements gathering sessions * Develop and maintain data and metadata standards * Align transactional and/or information requirements with proper database designs * Design and maintain relational and dimensional models based on requirements * Responsible for creating, validating and maintaining the logical and physical data model. * Work closely with data management team to analyze source data by utilizing Data Dictionary and the Meta data repository.
