Intimate knowledge of J2EE administration and performance management. An IBM Certified Advanced WebSphere Administrator is preferred* *2. Intimate knowledge of WebSphere MQ administration and performance management. An IBM Certified WebSphere MQ Administrator is preferred* *3. Knowledge in Application development using Java. A Sun Certified Java Programmer is preferred* *4. Expert in WILY monitoring. Ability to develop monitoring solutions using EPAgents and other WILY PowerPacks is required* *5. Has advanced knowledge in Unix and Network performance* *6. Has knowledge in monitoring mainframe performance using RMF* *7. Expert in performance tuning of Java based applications. Ability to analyze java heap dumps is required* *8.
