Salary Range: $81K to $95K The client is unable to process H1B visas at this time. Skills • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with experience of factory distribution systems • 3-5 years experience in a managerial role. • Knowledge of managing utility systems (Compressed Air, Chilled Water, HVAC, Boilers) • Knowledge of FMECA and application to PM programs. • Experience of managing facility and utility contracts. • Certified Energy Manager • OE Greenbelt Certified is an advantage. Responsibilities: • Ensure a cost effective and reliable service to operations through management of the site utilities. • Administer the site's facility contracts and resources to ensure the most cost effective delivery of these services (eg . Security, Cleaning Contracts, Grounds Maintenance, Electrical Support, Machining Support, HVAC, USP Water, Effluent Treatment etc). • Actively lead the energy reduction program and monitor the sites energy usage. • Provide electrical preventative maintenance and breakdown support and direct the sites electrical engineering resources. • Oversee facility and utility projects to deliver continuous improvement to reliability, energy efficiency and costs. • Manage capital base expense to ensure facility remains compliant .
