Knowledge of the Siebel Architecture, *business components, scripting, etc.* -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support, and have the ability to work effectively with a variety of people at all levels -Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team, global team, as well as independently Comments As a member of the* Bayer Pharma Siebel team*, this person will be responsible for supporting the New Jersey *Siebel 8.1 SFA application and Siebel 7.8.2 Call* Center application. He/she will also be required to participate in the development work for any new *CRM-related* application implemented at the New Jersey site and ensure compliance with alll Bayer Corporate Business Services SOP's and processes. The candidate will: 1. Serve as primary level support for the Siebel system in NJ for their Sales Force Automation Application *(IMPACT)* *Siebel Version 8.1* and *Call Center Application (Intouch) version 7.8*. 2. Provide customization on a project by project basis 3. Provide data extracts for legal requests and sales management 4. Assist in upgrading Siebel versions on a project by project basis 5. Utiliza Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager to load data as required 6. Build and maintain validation and testing documents for Validated systems. Preferred Qualifications: 1. *Siebel Life Sciences/Pharmaceutica*l experience 2. Siebel Certification will be considered a plus 3. Siebel Assignment Manager, Scripting, Tools Configuration, Java Script 4*. OBIEE/Siebel Analytics/Informatica*experience a plus 5.
