MINIMUM: Min 8-10 years experience in running large scale testing projects focused on data warehouses and/or Master Data Repositories and data delivery services with full accountability for resourcingtechnology, testing strategies and environmental ownership. Skills: Data Warehouse/MDM testing techniques, testing strategies, frameworks/harnesses, test bed designs/controls, test automation (preferably Mercury), performance testing for large scale database applications, end-to-end testing across service bus, testing risk analysis, test reporting techniques. test data generation and management techniques Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate/mentor effectively and clearly, in writing and/or orally, both in one-on-one and group presentation situations with strong skills in leading/controlling/organizing technical meetings.
