The PM will ensure a quality product is delivered on time and within budget. PM practices will be based on industry standards and software best practices will be utilized to include 1) the development of a project plan to be shared and monitored by all stakeholders; 2) the maintenance of the project plan throughout the term of the project including management and tracking against the project plan; 3) conduct regularly scheduled status meetings with internal staff and the NJ DOE; and 4) utilize a formal escalation process for program resolution.
