Location : St.Louis,MO Duration : 6 Months We probably need very experienced coders with strong experience in java tuning. Looking for candidates with 7 + years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Webflow. Candidates should have deep experience in the areas of performance tuning for web apps and familiarity with tools to identify such issues within the application and back end systems that we interface with. (i.e profiling tools and performance monitoring tools) What can we do to improve this information? We need specific performance details 1) what performance or java tuning work was done? 2) what the challenge was on specific tools: JProbe, YourKit, jMeter, ability to analyze thread dumps, knowledge of Wily? QUALIFICATIONS: . College degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience . 8+ years experience in applications programming . Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. . Expert knowledge and proficiency of programming languages . Develop and design technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of innovation and creativity. . Strong customer service focus . Balanced presentation of ideas and information to large audiences. Ability to lead discussions with all levels of the organization and to provide balanced information of an idea or communication of an issue regardless of written or verbal. . Familiarity with health care or PBM industry very helpful . Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines. .
