Skills:
Minimum 8+ years experience in business and/or functional departments
is required.
•Experience of both implementation and support of information
systems.
•SAP HR - PA/OM knowledge is highly focused and has in-depth knowledge
of the capabilities of assigned area.
•Coss functional SAP Skills with HR, Finance, Source to Settle and
System Integration experience required. ALE Design experience is
mandatory.
•Following software experience is required: Oracle SQL (mandatory), MS
Excel (EXPERT), MS Access (Desirable)PowerPoint, MS Project Plan, MS
Word .
• Experience of working in Validated systems, Global projects and
large teams is desirable •COMMUNICATIONS: Strong oral, written and
presentation skills.
Responsibilities :
Candidate will be responsible for - Gathering, documenting and
analyzing interface requirements and create functional and interface
specifications related to SAP solutions. Write test scripts and cases
for both initial data migration and on-going changes in HR data.
Execute test scripts and manage defects. Create test data, monitor ALE
interface between SAP environments and troubleshoot errors in the data
replication. Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting Enterprise
Structure, Personnel Structure, Organization structure and Infotypes.
Support cross-business workstream team members with HR data
requirements and testing.
