Extensive experience Front office experience- At least 4 years of Interest rate Derivative including Interest rate swaps and credit Default swaps- Must understand Pricing (very important) How it prices, etc… Required: 1. Extensive experience supporting traders 2. Extensive experience in multi treading development 3. Good Experience with Linear programming techniques and associated APIs 4. Strong experience with relational databases and SQL 5. Excellent communication skills and able to work under in a high pressure environment (trading desk) Strong math background and education. 6. Must have a proven track record and stable work history in financial services *Requirement #2* Skills 1. 5+ years server side C++ experience 2. Has worked with distributed application frameworks in the finance space utilizing some sort of messaging protocols. 3. Experience with multithreading 4. Has worked on the Windows platform 5. C# is a nice to have Responsibilities 1. Ideally the person will have a background in MBS analytics. Understands how they are priced, structured and how key analytic measure are computed. If the candidate is very strong technically we are willing to look at individuals that have a strong background in Fixed Income or Derivatives but not necessarily MBS. 2. Excellent communication skills are very important as well as a steady track record of projects. It’s very important that they have a steady track record and he will not look at someone who has 10 projects in two years. 3. He will only consider local people and they must be available for an in person interview.
