As a contributor to the PC Engineering team, serves as a project owner and implementer for multiple application packaging and delivery initiatives. Participates in ongoing enhancements to the software application packaging process to ensure automation, reliability and efficiency. Authors and contributes to PC Engineering documentation in support of Engineering Programs. Provides Tier 3 support upon escalation from other IT teams. Maintains global communication with all of SSgA's international sites to foster consistency and cooperation within the engineering environment. * Wise software packaging * Microsoft Application Virtualization (SoftGrid) software sequencing * Tier 3 Escalation Support * GPO & Custom Windows script creation * Altiris PC Transplant "A2i" template creation * Quality Assurance on software packages and automated PC build system (HAWAII) * Preparation of detailed documentation for PC Engineering Top three skills: WISE Software packaging, MS Application Virtualization (SOFTGRID) and Windows scripting/VB Scripting.
