A lot of work still remains here and the current consultants in house do not seem to understand the full functionality of Financial Gateway. Optimize reconciliation of existing accounts - establish rules, treasury templates; troubleshooting of templates/rules not set up/maintained properly with Pilot Affiliates. Validate bank setup and affiliate roll-out process from a banking standpoint - make sure we're getting everything done correctly and completely, taking into account functionality that client may choose to utilize in the future. Bank of America Interface Maintenance - Regional ABA issue; there are bank accounts that are being transmitted through BAI file, but not being picked up by the system.
