VMWare Test Engineer
Location: NH
Duration: 6 months
Who can start immediately
The resources needs to be able to manage a VM environment (create new
VMS, take snap shots of the environment rollback etc) as well as manage
the infrastructure components in the environment (Active Directory, SMS,
OS etc). The ability to generate more detailed test plans from high
level test plans as well as the ability to execute and validate test
plans is required. Experience with software development (.NET/C#) is
desirable.
Infrastructure Knowledge/Experience:
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, RDP, and
Hyper-V)
Server management experience (Windows 2003/2008)
Active Directory management experience
SMS/MOM management experience
Testing/QA Experience:
Familiar with software testing and QA procedures (manual / automated
- either will do)
Ability to write detailed test plans from high level test
requirements
