This is Ravinder from Inceptron Group Inc., We are currently looking for Java Developers or Flex Developers or candidates who have both. Duration: 6-12 months. Location: Malvern, PA so any Medical or Healthcare Industry experience is a plus. Day to day work on flex. Manager feels he can train on Flex if they are strong in Java and have Ajax (Ajax being a alternate to Flex). The successful candidate will be responsible to: . Work with internal and external stake holders, Product Management, Value Added Resellers, customers, to develop Soarian MedSuite. . Work on a variety of tasks in Software Engineering, including Configure Management, Analysis, Design, Architecture, Coding and Testing. . Work on all different layers of the application, including architecture, frame work, tools, UI front end and server back end code. . Work closely with development partner and internal stake holders to establish joint development environment. . Serve as a key member to execute knowledge transfer plan and gain knowledge from development partner while providing HIS knowledge and experience. Must have J2EE and/ or Adobe Flex experience . Web Application Development experience a must . User Experience Design (UX Design) experience strongly desired. . XML, Web Services, and Oracle experience strongly desired. . IHE, HL7, DICOM and interoperability knowledge a plus but not required . Self motivated and ability to learn quickly and stay flexible with changing business goals and create project plans to support and deliver the needed applications. . Strong communication skills. . Strong problem solving skills . Ability to understand business requirements; work closely with product management, engineering, testing and documentation team Education: BS in related discipline. Advanced Degree is a plus Experience: . Candidates must have hands-on software development experiences. HIS (EPIC or Cerner) experience highly desired.
