Job description: Investment Brokerage Firm in need of an experienced Trading Floor Application Support professional. Candidate should have prior experience working within a Sales system support team for an operations group. The right candidate for this role will have 3 to 5 years trading applications support experience working directly on the trading floor and directly in contact / communication with the traders. This candidate will be able to work in a pressured environment and possess excellent communication skills. This candidate must have prior Fixed Income trading application support experience. Some prior experience in Help Desk would be beneficial. In addition to overall strong technical capabilities this role requires a strong experience supporting Java / SQL based applications.
