SKILLS REQUIRED:
STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PUBLIC SECTOR/STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE AND
PROCUREMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL POLICIES, PROGRAMS AND
PROCEDURES, SAP TRAINING DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED;
EXCELLENT ORAL AND WIRTTEN COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS; ABILITY TO PLAN, ORGANIZE,
AND COORDINATE WORK ASSIGNMENTS. ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHER SCEIS
EMPLOYEES.
ABILITY TO TRAIN ADULT LEARNERS AND ASSIST OTHER SCEIS TRAINERS. MATERIALS
MANAGEMENT, FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, OR PAYROLL BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE AND
TECHNICAL SKILLS A PLUS.
ASSUMPTIONS & DEPENDENCIES:
¨ Access to SCEIS management and staff, both within the technical and
functional teams.
¨ Access and training to automated systems used to store and coordinate
training for the SCEIS Project.
Access to technical staff as the State Data Center at Broad River Road as
needed.
