1. VMware Architect
2. VMware Consultant
Locations : Bayarea - CA, New Jersey and New York.
Duration : 2 months extendable
Start Date : ASAP
1. Title : VMware Architect
Requirements:
1. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification required
2. 8+ years relevant experience
3. At least 3 years experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services
consultant or engineer, preferably with an Internet, "Big 5" consulting, or ServiceProvider organization.
4. At least several years experience in infrastructure architecture and design of complex
distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and
application partitioning
5. Proven ability to provide productive project planning and project management
6. Strong practical Unix or Linux systems administration skills
7. Understanding of computer server architectures, including peripheral interfaces (SCSI,
RAID, Ethernet) and multi-processor designs (SMP).
8. Familiarity with systems management concepts, processes and standards (e.g. SNMP);
capacity/performance management and tuning; and storage and network management
9. Help identify and document best practices in developing and deploying VMware
solutions, and feed them into our knowledge base for reuse

Requirements:

14. B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training.
