Minimum Qualifications
5 to 7 years of Hogan Deposits experience in business analysis of project
initiatives, application support, and problem resolution.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Experience working with both end users and technology groups.
Experience leading requirements gathering, analysis, and in developing
detailed business requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to articulate basic project methodology concepts for managing scope,
requirements, schedule, communication, and quality.
Proven ability to employ analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking
skills to the development of business requirements.
