ROLE SCCM Architect

Roles and responsibilities:
- Technical lead on incident resolution.
- Technical lead on engineering efforts.
- Client's single point of contact for technical input, task assignment,
operational requests, and incident response.
- Manage tasks of 12 systems engineers/admins (3 onsite, 9 offshore).
- Escalation point for incident resolution in oncall capacity.
- Sr. systems administrator for VMWare, Windows 2003 and 2008, Citrix
Netscaler, and CommVault.
