Certification in Cognos Report Net, Powerplay, and Visualizer is desired. Requires a thorough understanding of the core Companies Clarify CRM data model, ERP data functionality, Carrier Detail Records (CDR) data functionality as well as an equal if not greater understanding of the reporting and data warehouse Oracle, DB2 and SQL server databases. Strong analytical, organizational, communication and data management skills to provide expert knowledge of best practices enabling the team to leverage the platform as effectively as possible Expert in DataStage set of programming languages (e.g. DataStage, Quality Stage, Korn Shell, XML, MQ series). Experience in different types of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to help in Build, test, deploy, and maintain BI applications. Experience with SQL, Unix, PL/SQL, Oracle, DB2andd SQL Server.
