Citizens / Green Card holders preferred. Overall IT: 15+ years Testing: 11+ years Minimum 5+ exp in test manager role or at least in test manager position for 2-3 projects. Should have exp in managing in performance testing Should have in depth exp in data migration testing. Should have exp in defining / laying test roadmap / testing strategy Should have done Data Validation Testing on complex applications: Should have worked on mercury suite of products, not silk products. Should have excellent communication skills Should have excellent presentation skills Should have worked at least on one MDM implementation project testing exp. Should have worked at least on one DWI project testing exp.
