Job Title: SAP Proj Implementation Mgr/Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities / Requirements/Specific Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist in analyzing business processes and developing work flows · Configure SAP Accounts Receivable modules including thorough understanding of deposits, payment program, invoice processing, and testing pay run through to bank reconciliation · Complete Unit Testing of the AR module · Develop Business Process Procedures (BPP’s) · Conduct and demonstrate leadership during the Integration Testing of the AR module with the Finance, Funds Management, Grants Management, Materials Managements, and the Supplier Relationship Management modules. · Assist in the design and implementation of Month End and Year End closing transactions and processes · Resolve SAP defects via SAP OSS (Online Support System) and system errors via a working knowledge of the integration with other SAP modules · Escalate issues to Project Management in a timely manner · Aid in the development of the training curriculum and courses Skills required: STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF STATE FINANCE POLICIES, PROGRAMS AND PROCEDURES, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT IS DESIRED; EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS; ABILITY TO PLAN, ORGANIZE, AND COORDINATE WORK ASSIGNMENTS.
