To progress this initiative forward additional support is needed to help achieve the goals below. - Enable the institutionalization of BI capabilities and establish consensus among Wal-Mart Customer Innovation (CI) stakeholders and user communities - Help Store Operations become more self-sufficient to provide a quick response to customer queries and analytical needs - Improve time-to-market of critical scorecards, dashboards, and reports - Enhance CI customer service and experience using BI capabilities - Assist with the development of consolidated and consistent dashboards that provide improved visibility into Store Operations’ business - Help deliver insight into potential business issues through alerts and indicators - Mentor Store Operations to better leverage accurate information using the capabilities of the BI tool *Role Description* - Establish the interview approach and coordinate the interviewing process - Interview the Store Operations business community to identify user requirements - Review existing documents that may contain requirements or background information - Document requirements, assist in clarifying discrepancies in requirements and assist in obtaining appropriate approvals - Conduct business review sessions with the CI Teams to validate development to date and gather feedback for iterative improvement - Review and approve data models and business metadata definitions - Assist in the design and testing of the user interface - Create and validate source to target mappings - Conduct source data profiling activities and incorporate results into requirements documentation - Assist in developing a communication and training plan, including training and communication materials that ensures the proper intersection points of project deliverables, deployment, and roll-out to the Markets - Perform HP team leadership functions - Facilitate scheduled communications with all HP project resources - Produce weekly HP status communications -- Thanks & Regards, Aмιt Sιиgh, Metapro IT Solutions 10925 Antioch Rd # 101 Overland Park, KS 66210-2119 E-MAIL -- [email protected],[email protected] DIRECT -- 816-600-1987 | ALT-- 913-538-5491 Web -- www.metaprousa.com
