Local candidates strongly preferred. Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire EAD, Green Card or Citizen's are only accepted. Job Description: We have the following SAP requirement. We send this requirement some three weeks ago, but the client is insisting in individuals local to the Burbank/Los Angeles metro area, or relocating from within California. Avoid sending regular SAP Basis consultants; we really need a very strong Project Manager with Basis experience. Required Knowledge: * Ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of project management experience and 2-5 years in SAP BASIS. Responsible for overall project management of IM projects, with a good portion of those projects requiring BASIS expertise. * Must have 10+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 2-5+ years working hands-on with SAP BASIS across the SAP Products including R/3 (ECC), BI, EP, CRM, SRM, APO, SM, MDM, xRPM. SAP DB2 experiences a plus. * Will work directly with our SAP BASIS Off-Shore Team of 13 BASIS resources with a peer Manager. These Teams will work jointly to deliver against SLA's for Incidents and Projects assigned to the Team. * Will be accountable for IM Project Management; Single point of contact for Project Management issues and escalations.
