The contract is for 6 months and the person needs to work in Denver
CO. The requirements for the contract follow:

Personnel Minimum Qualifications

Vendor’s proposed employee is required to have the following minimum
qualifications which must be verifiable, by clearly denoting on the
required resume.

·    The Vendor’s employee must have, at minimum, eight (8) years
experience in Senior IT Management/Consulting expertise.
·    Demonstrated experience of three (3) recent examples of assessing
the following organizational aspects of enterprise level business:
a.      Performance Management and/or Technique Experience
b.      Technology experience with Portfolio (also known as “Program”)
Management (the ability to manage several large and multifaceted
projects at a single time)
c.      Technology experience with O & M
d.      Change Management Experience

Preferred Personnel Qualifications

Experience with the State of Colorado as well as knowledge and
experience in the State of Colorado‘s Human Resources rules and
regulations are both highly desirable.
