Title: Business Analyst Duration: 3 Months Location: Boston MA Phone screen followed by In-person interview Need two professional references from recent projects Deliverables: Criteria/results by which success can be measured: Reporting Analyst Responsibilities a.. Build out robust management reports b.. Produce monthly reports and liaise with data providers across the firm c.. Participate in ad hoc projects d.. Maintain Product Development SharePoint Reporting Qualifications a.. Completion of undergraduate degree b.. Experience in a finance or project role/group that focuses on forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis (accounting interaction and understanding a plus) c.. Experience in working as part of a team and across groups across the firm d.. Very Strong Excel Skills (Advanced-Expert skills a plus) - Experience building models using: macros, tables, pivot tables, v and h lookups, sum ifs, if/then statements. e.. Knowledge and ability to automate data posting, reports, and graphs from raw data to SharePoint f.. Experience with project portfolio reporting g.. Not a must (but definitely a plus), experience working in financial services product/project development h.. Excellent technical and analytic skills, and extremely strong attention to detail i.. Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work long hours j.. High integrity and strong work ethic k..
