We need a Consultant with Oracle RAC exp and who is Local or Around to
WA
Job Description
Administrative work:
. Attend meetings and give input on best practices
. Create bill of materials for hardware and software purchases
. Progress reporting to North Star program over site committee
. Documented of build/installation procedures
. Kernel parameters and database layout requirements
Technical work:
. Construct environments using the following operating systems: AIX,
HPUX, Linux (red hat) and Sun Solaris
. Construct environments using the following database technologies:
Oracle, Oracle RAC
. Construct Environments using the following clustering technologies:
HACMP, MC service guard, VCS, and oracle RAC
. Deploy large systems, such as a Super Dome or IBM 595
. Create and deploy SAN/database scripts for the purposes of data
replication and disaster recovery (snaps, R1/R2, business copies)
