*Title:* Business Intelligence Applications Services and Oracle Database Lead *Location: *Sunnyvale, CA** *Duration:* 6 months *Business Card Title / Posting Title* Business Intelligence Applications Services and Oracle Database Lead Job Summary Reporting to the eBI Technology Manager responsible for eBI Global Business Applications Support, the responsibilities of this role will be twofold: · Fully responsible for smooth running of Production ETL application · Fully responsible for smooth running of Production DW database This role is a key IT position responsible for keeping the “lights on” for the eBI backend layer. The successful candidate will be ahead of the curve in tuning the systems, be able to handle business critical issues with agility, perform root cause analysis, understand current architecture and suggest improvements, handle upgrades and patching for both ETL and database layers. *Job Requirements* Key member of L3 team with proven track record in the two areas: - Very fluent in Unix shell scripting and SQL, PLSQL programming - Good understanding of Sun Solaris and AIX Unix Operating Systems - Large scale project and program management experience, including full-cycle tier-1 EDW system implementations. - Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. - Ability to make and own key decisions, while balancing input from key business stakeholders. - Strong organization and facilitation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines. - A background in the area of enterprise reporting tool Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus. - Ability to work cross teams, cross functional, with infrastructure teams and with Business and be a good team player. -- Thomas Dwlabs Inc Direct-732-231-7393 Fax-732-348-9590 [email protected] www.dwlabs.com
