Need only 8+ yrs porfiles · Lead a team of five Oracle EBS Financial analysts to perform the following: o Resolve support events within Service Level Agreement time frames. o Assess and triage production issues. Escalate issues to management as appropriate. o Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices. o Using metric based support methodology and tools, perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues. · Proactively provide guidance and consulting to the client on Oracle opportunities, risks, challenges, etc. that impact the organization. · Establish a solid communication plan that improves customer satisfaction with end user community and client IT management.. · Develop an approach to provide valuable, continuous training for team members. Ensure team members are current on support related techniques and Oracle technologies. · Enhance current methodology and processes to include aspects such as standard estimating for enhancement requests (i.e. RICE). · Foster a culture of constant professional improvement and growth, identify and elevate team leaders, and empower team members to perform operational tasks with little guidance from management, increasing management’s availability for strategic planning and growth.. · Exhibit unwavering honesty and integrity.
