Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 6 months We are looking for a suitable candidate to take on the role of PM to manage projects for B2B suite of applications participating in an enterprise wide release. *Job Specific: Must* - Work experience in managing Java/J2EE projects for B2B systems in a cross flow environment using Web services, TIBCO/BPEL/ESB etc, knowledge of processes or work flow of a e-commerce system is required. - Prior experience managing project(s) with B2B standards/technologies (RosettaNet, EDI, XML, XSLT, Tibco MMX, JMS etc). *Core: expected* - Prior experience of managing data center migration and web services development /integration - Overall more than 8 years of experience including minimum of 4 years of IT project management experience. - Educational Background Recommended: Typically requires BS Business, CS or equivalent plus 4-8 years of IT related experience. MS/MBA. - Strong in project life cycle water fall model and deliverables in each phase for a cross functional projects. - PMI certified or DMAIC working Knowledge recommended. *Soft Skills: desired* - Business process understanding in the ordering, product configuration, pricing and contractual discounts. - Strong Communication, coordination and presentation skills, Multi tasking on projects/engagements. - Work experience in managing different teams, team building skills, skills on keeping team motivated, satisfied.
