Job Description:
Resources will be expected to develop requirements through elicitation;
analysis, specification and verification of business needs in accordance
with industry best practices (e.g. use case modeling, quality requirements
standards, etc). Some of the required components of requirements development
artifacts include: development of several levels of requirements, acceptance
criteria, user interface specifications. Facilitation of requirements
elaboration sessions is expected and a willingness to show initiative as a
critical member of the delivery team. If the project requires the analyst to
manage the requirements after baselining, impact analysis will be expected.
