Strong knowledge of IBM Rational ClearQuest . Solid understanding and practical experience of software development life cycles, with particular emphasis on scheduling and coordination functions . Solid understanding of industry change management processes framework . Solid understanding of IT process management, process definition and improvement . 3+ years in production support or Change Management role . Experience managing multiple environments and code streams . Proficient in the implementation of production change management techniques and service delivery disciplines . Experience in Configuration Management tools and processes . Strong skills in Unix operating environment . Strong skills in Windows operating environment . Excellent Unix/Perl (including Ant) scripting . Strong skills in Oracle and SQL Server . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
