Anticipate and resolve programming issues. Complete Description: Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: The programmer will function as a team member to enhance the existing Hippocrates modules including enhancements to the incident managment and security and communicaiton channels modules within Hippocrates. Document all work. Contribute toward user/training guide materials. Particpate in design reviews to verify that design meets quality standards and functional/technical requirements. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary. Apply specific expertise to ensure that products meet defined customer objectives. Identify and track issues, risks and action items." Must posess strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation (using UML), with active involvement in all phases of project life cycle.
