Title: BSA needed with Weblogic Portal
Location: Richmond, VA {Locals would be great}
Expected Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $40 Corp to Corp
Great communication skills and Ability to write requirements
Needed Experience:
Consultative communication skills are critical
Experience with on-line marketing technologies such as:
- Weblogic Portal
- HTML, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
- SEO
- Web Design
- Dynamic targeting
- Financial Services Environment experience
Ability to write high-quality requirements is a MUST
Experience with Quality Center a plus
Responsibilities:
. Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design
documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and user
documentation processes
. Works with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and
supporting new or existing applications. Analyzes and re-engineers business
processes
. Participates in software design, prototyping, construction and testing of
new or enhanced applications
. Assists in training users on new or enhanced applications
Qualifications:
. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT
Management
. Business Systems Analysis certification a plus
. 8 Years experience in Full project lifecycle software development
. 6 Year experience in Gathering and documenting user requirements
