Job Description: Oracle Property Management Functional Consultant
Loc: Chicago,IL
Duration : 6 Months
General Responsibilities:
· Manage development of the functional and technical specifications for
Oracle Property Management related objects
· Manage the configuration and testing of system prototype for Property
Management, Lease Management, Space Management, Payables and Receivables
systems as well as all integration touch points.
· Provide QA review for blueprint deliverables with respect to Property
Management.
· Participate in PMO activities for Planning, Status Reporting,
Issue/Risk Management etc
· Manages and coordinate oversees resources for development and
deliverables.
· Reviews all applications development and configuration project
requests.
· Meets milestones to ensure project objectives are met in a timely
fashion.
· Defines system integration and acceptance testing.
· Prepares activity and progress reports regarding projects and
programs.
· Works with business units and other IS groups in decision making
process to ensure effective cross-functional decisions.
· Researches and evaluates alternative solutions for meeting business
needs.
*Qualifications:*
Mandatory
o 5-7 Years of demonstrable experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle
Property Management, Lease Management, Space Management, Payables and
Receivables systems – versions 11i and R12
o Experience with Lease, Rentals and Real Estate business.
o Has experienced and worked on 2-3 full lifecycle projects, implementing
Oracle Property Management and has strong managerial and communications
skills
o Strong lifecycle understanding of Customer requirements definition and
documentation; Data, business process and decision support design, Processes
flow modeling and system analysis and design; Functional gap identification,
analysis and resolution
o Knowledge of the Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM)
o Oracle Property Management

o Receivables
o Payables

o Oracle E-Business Suite Certification
o Experience or hands-on knowledge of other Oracle EBS functional areas
(Oracle Financial, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Project, etc.)
o Global implementation/rollouts a plus
o Oracle Discoverer, Business Intelligence and Financial Analytics tools
o Knowledge of / certified in Oracle Business Accelerators (OBA)
o Prior consulting experience
o End-user experience with Oracle Applications
o Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
