Detail---

 Tech Lead - EDI Developer  (10-12 yrs):

   Location:  San Francisco , CA
    The tech lead for the EDI Program is responsible for building and
implementing the technology solutions which are part of EDI Roadmap.
Responsibilities include analyzing the requirements, detailed system design,
development, testing and support of technical solutions.

In addition the role includes:
- working with business to understand the requirements
- collaborating with architects to arrive at the technical solutions
- leading design & code reviews
- trouble-shooting mission critical problems under time bound situations

This person must have demonstrated the ability to lead design and
development activities on concurrent complex projects. Synthesizes complex
data/information, and leads complex technical or business decision processes
to provide service solutions. Defines, communicates and works with
organization to migrate towards architecture vision and strategy that is
fully aligned with enterprise architecture.

Technical/Functional Qualifications
   Required Skills:

   Excellent communication skills and strong ability to      work
effectively with the business and technical people The candidate should
experience in architecting and      implementing EDI in healthcare industry
with knowledge of HIPAA standardsThe candidate should have hands on
knowledge of Edifecs,      IBM message broker, IBM TX extender, IBM
monitoring tools - Tivoli , and      MQ MessagingExperience with EDIFECS
preferred but other EDI system experience      will be consideredThe
candidate should have implemented EDI using one or      all of above tools
The candidate should have knowledge of infrastructure      requirements for
EDI andoperational      requirements for EDI implementationThe candidate
should have knowledge about all      transaction flows for healthcareThe
candidate should have hands on experience in building      and configuring
various levels of EDI validation using Edifecs Spec      builderThe
candidate should have hands on knowledge of setting      up trading
partnersThe preferred candidate will have experience in working      with
on-site and off-shore resources, and a working knowledge of EDI, Enterprise
Application      Integration & Service-Oriented      Architecture. The
candidate should have experience in leading      technical team to deliver
EDI solutions and implement mandatesThe candidate should have experience in
building EDI      reusable technical components

   ·        Good analytical and problem solving skills.
   ·        Good computer skills to access data and information and to test
