. Tier2 support on Siebel ePharma application.
. Good functional and technical knowledge in Siebel architecture.
. Some Oracle PL/SQL knowledge. Responsible for handling service
tickets on a daily basis.
. Good communication skills is a must as the resource will be in
direct contact with user community.
. Need to have some VB scripting knowledge.
