1.Minimum 5 years experience in application Product Tech support 2.Sound Trouble-shooting, Analysis/Diagnosis skills in supporting large-scale, enterprise wide global production systems 3.Familiarity with both Windows and Unix platforms 4.Knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g. Perl, VB Script, Unix Shells) 5.Knowledge of XML parsing, DTD and schema 6.Solid knowledge of SQL and database, with experience and good understanding of database concepts (Sybase, Oracle and/or MS SQL) 7.Should meet Org. defined Technical Leader requirements 8.Good Communication and Client Facing skills 9.Flexibility in working on shifts ( will have to work in night shift as well , it will be rotated every week) 10.Working with Onsite-Offshore service model 11.Understanding of trade flows, with basic knowledge of back office and finance operations a plus 12.Basic understanding of equity derivatives (Options Futures, Swaps) is desirable Desirable : *Experience in Financial / Capital Markets *Supporting Equity Trading systems with Sophis experience is a huge plus *Familiarity with similar systems, such as Calypso, Murex, will be a plus -- Explore the Possibilities!
