Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $55/Hr Description & Required Skills: . Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. . Documents business requirements and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. . Gathers information about the organization's work processes and information flows. . Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes. . Preferred some Health Insurance experience required. . Experience in Facets and the Configuration of Facets (one-line and back end) required, specifically in the medical product application. . 4 to 6 years of Analytical skills . 1 to 2 years of MS Access . 2 to 4 years of Requirements gathering . 1 to 2 years of Visio Feel free to call me or mail me if you need any assistance.
