Mandatory Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years of Experience with business requirements analysis
and data analysis methodologies
2. Minimum 4 years of Experience with Oracle database
3. Minimum 4 years of Experience with SQL and PL/SQL
4. Minimum 3 years of Experience with Oracle Portal
5. Minimum 4 years of Experience with web development and design
(html, Javascript, css)
6. Minimum 2 years of Experince in use of SAS
7. Minimum 4 years of Experience with data anomaly investigation
and resolution
8. Effective English language verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Experience:
1. Experience working for a governmental agency
2. Experience with mental health data systems and/or Medicaid Data
3. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
