The successful applicant must: Have at least a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with at least 5 years of professional experience; or at least 3 years experience required with a related Masters degree. Have hands-on system requirements development experience. Have experience in performing analysis at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Have experience in interpretation and conversion of customer or product requirements into the logical, systematic, and total system solutions. Have experience in performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
